Which reading should I choose?
One question → Free. A few specific questions → Quick Clarity (3) or Deep Clarity (5). Want to talk it through and ask follow-ups → a Live reading (Text, Voice or Video).
What's the difference between question readings and live readings?
Question readings (Free, Quick Clarity, Deep Clarity) are answered personally in your Instagram DM, one by one in queue order: first come, first served. They aren't instant. Live readings are 30 minutes in real time, at a time agreed between you and Ditya, with no limit on questions.
How do the readings happen?
Everything happens on Instagram: DM chat for question readings and Live Text, an Instagram voice call for Live Voice, and an Instagram video call for Live Video.
Which languages does Ditya speak?
English and Hindi.
What can I ask about?
Relationships, career and business, studies, money, personal growth, life direction, or anything weighing on your mind. Ditya may decline questions that are abusive, inappropriate or outside her services.
Who can book the free reading?
The free reading is for Ditya's Instagram followers, so please follow @dityasarchive first, then book. It's one question per Instagram account, for life. For more, choose Quick Clarity or Deep Clarity, which you can book as often as you like.
2. Booking and payment
How do I pay?
In India, pay in ₹ by UPI (scan the QR and enter your UPI transaction ID). Outside India, pay in $ by PayPal or card through PayPal. Prices show in your currency, based on the country you choose when you arrive.
When is my booking confirmed?
Free and PayPal bookings are confirmed straight away. UPI bookings show "Payment pending verification" until Ditya checks your transaction ID, then they're confirmed. Either way you get a Booking ID (like TR-2026-IN-TXT-0001) on screen and by email.
What if a reading shows "Fully Booked"?
Ditya takes a limited number of bookings at a time so every client gets her full attention: quality over quantity. Join the waiting list on that card, and Ditya will reach out when spots open again.
3. After you book
What happens after I book?
For a question reading, Ditya messages you on Instagram when your turn comes in the queue, asks for your questions and answers them in your DM. For a live reading, she messages you to agree a 30-minute time together.
How soon will I get my answer?
Ditya answers every question herself, in queue order, so there's no fixed time. If you feel you've waited too long, ask for a full refund, no questions asked.
Why haven't I received a message from Ditya?
Check that your Instagram ID is correct, and look in your Message Requests folder. Messages from accounts you don't follow often land there.
What if my live session runs past 30 minutes?
Just tell Ditya. She'll share a UPI QR (India) or PayPal link (international) in the chat for another 30 minutes at the same price, and the reading carries on without a break.
4. Refunds and rescheduling
Can I reschedule a live reading?
Yes. Let Ditya know in advance and you'll agree a new time. If either of you can't make it, it's simply rescheduled.
What is the refund policy?
If your reading can't happen for any reason, you get a full refund. For question readings, if you feel you've waited too long, you can ask for a full refund, no questions asked. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 3 days.
How do I ask for a refund?
Message Ditya on Instagram from the same ID you booked with. Add your Booking ID if you have it; your Instagram ID alone is enough to find your booking.
5. Privacy and good to know
Is my reading private?
Yes. Everything you share stays confidential and is never shared without your permission, unless the law requires it.
Are predictions guaranteed?
No. Tarot offers guidance, reflection and fresh perspective, not certainty. Your choices are always your own.
